Robert Kite Robert Kite Dip.H&S Cert.Ed. MA(Law) CMIOSH AIEMA FRSA
A member of the Home Office Working Group that pre-dated the introduction of the Police (Health and Safety) Act 1997 and an Adviser to policing services since 1991, Robert has amassed a great deal of experience developing police compliance with health and safety legislation. A past police officer with the Metropolitan Police Service and fire officer within the London Fire Service Robert is uniquely placed to understand the need for a high standard of legal interpretation when applying health and safety requirements within an emergency and policing service. This experience has proven very useful when considering the application of health and safety within areas of police work like custody, firearms, surveillance and other high risk activities.
With a Masters Degree in Health, Safety and Environmental Law he can provide a specialised legal service that is second to none.
Peter Whent QPM LLB FILT CLTHE FRSA
Retired from British Transport Police as an Acting Assist Chief Constable Peter served most of his career with the Essex Police in all ranks up to and including Detective Chief Superintendent. He was the senior investigating officer in a number of high profile cases and during his time with British Transport police he acquired a great deal of experience within the arena of counter terrorism.  
He has a Law Degree and was awarded the Queens Police Medal shortly before retiring. Now operating under Peter Whent Associates he lectures on the University circuit and is extending his UK forensic company into the wider USA market. Peter provides an added dimension to training approaches related to meaningful health and safety management within serious crime investigation and forensic work.

Christine provides the important behind the scenes work on behalf of the Safety Academy and is the first contact point for administration issues. She has worked previously within the area of Advice and Counselling for Alcohol Abuse and before that spent some years organising and administrating a busy law practice.
Assessing and monitoring continued quality within the training and management services provided by the Safety Academy is also an important part of her role that is designed to ensure on going client satisfaction and confidence in our product.
